Pet Eats' Quality
Inspection &
Testing Procedures

Because we use only the highest quality human-grade pet food ingredients in our dog and cat foods, we apply the highest quality manufacturing guidelines to our manufacturing process. There are no shortcuts here. We follow the strictest of pet food manufacturing & inspection guidelines to ensure we deliver a product that sets the benchmark in the industry. That's what your pet deserves. This isn't just pet food. This is the foundation for your pet's long-term health. We want to be sure we provide him or her with the best pet food on the market, manufactured in the best way possible.

Our dry is manufactured in a facility in the United States that has been making it there for almost 40 years. We use only the finest ingredients available, each from known sources that have proven trustworthy for years. The plant is USDA/APHIS inspected and our product goes a step further by being EU Certified. We opted for the expensive EU Certification process, which means you must know the country of origin of each ingredient. We have fixed formulas that use high quality ingredients specified by us from sources known to us for years. APHISregistry certifies that our manufacturer purchases all of their meats from USDA registered suppliers who follow all USDA regulations for safe meat handling.

Other plant safeguards include:

• Ingredients are tested prior to receiving for quality assurances including but not limited to; nutritional integrity, aflatoxins, microtoxins, and moisture levels.

• During production, NIR (Near Infra Red) technology is used to measure properties like fat, protein and moisture content of the food.

• Between production runs of different products, we demand a complete cleaning and sanitation to ensure the integrity of our foods. As well, raw ingredient bins are dedicated to just one particular ingredient, and raw material bins are cleaned between batches. Finished products are kept in a separate location from raw ingredients. Employees in different areas of production utilize strict protocols to ensure no cross contamination.

• We demand that food ingredients used in our recipes be fit for human consumption, and free of contaminants.
